Methods of payment and order delivery

1. Method of payment
The provider allows the following methods of payment:
● by transfer to the account of the manager of Xan-maX d.o.o. (according to the offer / proforma invoice) The user can also order a purchase by phone at no. +386 51 36 22 05. Upon order, an offer for the desired goods will be sent to his e-mail address. After the offer is paid, the product and the invoice are sent to the buyer. By paying by proforma invoice, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions.

● via PayPal

2. Delivery of the order

Delivery of the order of goods in stock takes from 2 to 4 working days after receipt of the bank transfer or payment – there is no delivery during weekends and holidays.
● The bidder will deliver the goods or services within the agreed deadline.
● Our partner delivers packages in the morning to the address entered when placing the order.
● As the delivery service delivers items in the morning, you can also choose to deliver to any other name or address.
● If you are not at the intended location (company, office, etc.) at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a message with instructions for later collection.
● If the buyer does not receive the goods within a few days of dispatch, he shall immediately notify the supplier.
● In this case, the bidder identifies the causes and informs the buyer.
How much is the shipping cost?
● Shipping costs are calculated according to the valid price list of the DPD delivery service or any other.
● Postage is free for orders over € 200.

Where do we deliver all the ordered goods?
We deliver the ordered goods in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and the entire EU and the rest of the world.
Packages are shipped every day from the central warehouse, located at Xan-maX d.o.o., Arja vas 109. Petrovče.

Delivery damage
The buyer should inspect the contents of the shipment upon receipt. In case of damage to the shipment, the buyer fills in the PRODUCT RETURN FORM at, where it is agreed to replace the product. The form is available at the link: HERE: PRODUCT RETURN FORM.
