1. Payment Method

The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • by transfer to the account of the manager Xan-maX d.o.o. (upon offer / proforma invoice)
Customers can also order by phone at 051 36 22 05. After ordering, an offer for the desired goods is sent to their email address. After payment of the offer, the product and invoice are sent to the customer. By paying via proforma invoice, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.

  • via PayPal

2. Order Delivery

Delivery of goods in stock takes from 1 to 2 working days after receiving the bank transfer or payment – there is no delivery during weekends and holidays.

  • The provider will deliver the goods or service within the agreed period.
  • Our partner delivers packages in the morning to the address entered at the time of order.
  • Since the delivery service delivers items in the morning hours, you can also opt for delivery to any other name or address.
  • If you are not present at the expected place (company, office, etc.) at the time of delivery, the deliverer will leave a message with instructions for later collection.
  • If the customer does not receive the goods within a few days from dispatch, they should immediately notify the provider.
  • In this case, the provider investigates the reasons and informs the customer.

What are the delivery costs?

  • Shipping cost, for orders up to 5 kg = 3.28 EUR, up to 10 kg = 3.64 EUR, up to 20 kg = 4.28 EUR, up to 25 kg = 4.58 EUR, up to 50 kg = 5.97 EUR
  • For orders over 130€, postage is free.

Where do we deliver the ordered goods?

We deliver ordered goods within the Republic of Slovenia.
Packages are shipped daily from the central warehouse located at Xan-maX d.o.o., Arja vas 109, Petrovče.

Damage upon delivery

Upon receipt, the customer should inspect the contents of the package. In case of package damage, the customer fills out the PRODUCT RETURN FORM at info@xan-max.com, where they arrange for product exchange. The form is available at the link: HERE: PRODUCT RETURN FORM.
