The general terms and conditions of use of the website www.xan-max.com are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other prescribed legislation for online sales and such business practices. The conditions address the operation of www.xan-max.com, and the business relationship between the Online Store, Katja Kamuš, sole proprietorship (hereinafter also Katja Kampuš s.p.), registered users (hereinafter: users) and buyers of goods or services (hereinafter: customers).

- Information Accessibility
The provider commits to always provide the customer with the following information:
- the identity of the company (name and seat of the company, registry number),
- contact details that enable users to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone),
- essential characteristics of the goods or services (including post-sales services and guarantees),
- availability of products (every product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time frame),
- conditions of product delivery or execution of services (method, place, and delivery deadline),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set
- method of payment and delivery,
- an explanation of the complaint process, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.
- Offer and Origin
The offer in the online store www.xan-max.com can change on a daily basis due to the nature of business operations. All prices are final, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Xan-max LLC is a VAT payer, therefore all prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the moment of placing an order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in the case of payment with the below-mentioned payment methods, under the below-mentioned conditions.
Despite extraordinary efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the information about the price is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase, while also offering the customer a solution that will go towards mutual satisfaction.
The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an email about the status "Order Confirmed"). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply both to the provider and the customer.
Actions
Discounts are not cumulative, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the action. Only one promotional code can be used per purchase. For purchases of items on sale, free postage does not apply – unless specified otherwise. During actions, gifts are not added. Also, items that are already discounted cannot have a promotional code applied for an additional discount on the item prices or the final price in the cart.
Imagery and Graphics
Photos, images, or recordings published as part of offers are the property of Xan-maX LLC. or its suppliers, business partners, or are merely symbolic and do not guarantee the precise characteristics of the product or service and may display a symbolic or actual service, offer, company, or goods or sales action. Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.
Product Reviews
The provider is not responsible for the content of reviews written by visitors. The provider reviews the opinions before publication and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are misleading, or offensive. The provider is not responsible for information in reviews and disclaims any liability arising from information in reviews.
- Purchase Process and Invoice
Xan-maX LLC. acts as a company that offers goods or services via the internet. The customer pays the amount to Xan-maX LLC., and along with the goods, receives an invoice. The company operates in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Products are shipped to the area of the Republic of Slovenia. The package also includes a printed invoice, which the customer also receives at the entered email address during the order process.
Purchase Statuses
Order in queue:
After placing an order, the customer receives a notification by email that the order is accepted into the queue. At this stage, the customer has one hour to cancel the order. Customers always have access to comprehensive information about the status and content of the order on the provider's website.
Order confirmed:
If the customer does not cancel the order, it goes further into processing when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of ordered items, and confirms or rejects the order with reason. The provider may call the customer on their contact phone number to verify information or ensure the accuracy of delivery. Upon confirming the order, the provider informs the customer by email about the estimated delivery time.
Goods dispatched:
The provider prepares the goods within the agreed time frame, dispatches them, and informs the customer by email.
Item Returns
Item returns are possible within 14 days from the item receipt. The item must be returned in the original packaging, in unchanged quantity, and undamaged. The item must not be washed or otherwise used. The customer covers the return shipping costs. Download the exchange form.
Abuse of Purchase
After placing an order, the customer receives a notification at the entered email address. The order is then accepted into the queue. The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract (the order must be canceled by email at info@xan-max.com) until the goods are dispatched. It is necessary to include the order number. The email address used for canceling the order must match the email address used at the time of purchase confirmation. If the customer does not cancel the order, it goes further into processing.
The provider may call the customer on their contact phone number to verify information or ensure the accuracy of delivery. Upon confirming the order, the provider informs the customer by email about the estimated delivery time. The contract for the purchase of ordered items between the customer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. Prices are valid at the moment of placing an order and do not have a predetermined validity.
Purchase Security
When registering on www.xan-max.com, data is collected based on individual consent according to the Personal Data Protection Act. Xan-maX LLC. commits to carefully and securely store this data for the purpose of smooth execution of orders, personalized compilation of offers, statistical analysis, and for the purposes of improving the operation of the online store and services. The newsletters also include an exclusive offer intended only for subscribed members. Receiving notifications is considered to require personal consent and is not possible if the user does not indicate this at registration or otherwise subscribes to receive.

The user can place an order on www.xan-max.com as a guest or as a registered user. The registration process is simple and quick. By logging onto the website, you create your account, through which you can manage your data, delivery addresses, check the status of orders, follow them, and manage them.
The username is composed of the email address you enter. You will then receive a confirmation email for final login. Registration on the website also provides greater oversight of purchases.

Receiving notifications is considered to require personal consent and is not possible if the user does not indicate this at registration or otherwise subscribes to receive.

However, the characteristics of items, delivery time, or price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.

- Consumer Rights
It is considered that a purchase on the online store www.xan-max.com is made via a Distance Contract. The contract language is Slovenian.
In contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right (from Article 43.c of the Consumer Protection Act) to notify the company within fourteen (14) days that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision. The message is considered timely if the shipment is dispatched on time. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, our company will refund all payments made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the message about the withdrawal from the contract.
If the customer does not settle the amount or prepayment according to the previous proforma invoice, as a guarantee of the seriousness of concluding the deal, it is considered that the customer did not accept the offer and that the contract was not concluded. Xan-maX LLC. will immediately inform the customer about this.

If the company Xan-maX LLC. prepares actions with a promotional price or code for using a discount for customers, actions exclude each other, unless otherwise stated. Actions and discount codes apply to items whose seller is Xan-maX LLC., unless otherwise stated.
