Complaint and Dispute Resolution

Dear valued customer, thank you very much for your purchase at the online store www.xan-max.com. The company will strive to resolve any ambiguity, comment, or complaint as quickly as possible, adhering to the legislation (Consumer Protection Act) and will make every effort to reach an agreement.

Comments and complaints are accepted by the administrative department and handled by the legal service.

The complaint handling process is confidential. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over disputes.

Xan-maX LLC will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long the handling will take, and keep them informed about the process. The provider is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle that prevents the consumer from initiating a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably to the best of their ability.

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Xan-maX LLC, as a provider of goods and services that offers an online store in the territory of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) on its website. The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE.

This regulation stems from the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

Complaints related to the quality or execution of the offer are resolved between the customer and Xan-maX LLC.
